Greeting fellow racers!

After an agonizingly long wait, the racing giant is awake yet again. Today we want to proudly announce that RacingTime Beta 2.0 is here and it’s time to pick your favorite sports car and let your engine roam to be heard by the late night Tokyo street.

Wen? NOW!

Go to https://phone.racingtime.io/ and download the lastest version RacingTime app (Unfortunately even if you’ve already downloaded Garage Beta 1.0 before you will still need to download the new version again).

If it’s your first time coming to RacingTime website, make sure to Sign Up first before download or else it won’t work. (Keeping track of our testers is important for you know what kek.)

Choose the right version depending on your phone type, iOS or Android, and after you successfully download the app, get ready to race!

Some info regarding this update before you jump right into the racing…

This version 2.0 is for testing purpose only, and if you are wondering why the quality still doesn’t quite look like a top tier racing game, you are absolutely correct. We still need a total upgrade on the Unity Engine we are currently using, and then we will arrive the final stage where the quality of RacingTime will be comparable to major mobile racing game like Asphalt 9.

The version of Unity Engine we are using right now is 5.5.6 and we need around 1 month of work to upgrade everything to the latest version. We will push the update along with beta version 3.0 when the upgrade is finished.

In case you still have no idea what’s going on, here’s a quick tutorial on how to get on to that hot racing track.

TIME TRIAL is activated

After logging in to your account, you will be able to see the Time Trial section is now activated. Clicking on it will direct you to a short intro video followed by a basic guide on how to control your car.

You can make left/right turn by clicking and holding on the blank space on either side of the screen.

You can see the nitro bar on top of the screen

When your Nitro bar is filled up, you can activate nitro acceleration by sliding up your finger on the screen.

Drifting requires touching on one side of the screen while hitting brake by sliding your finger down.

That’s about it! Now please go test out the game and feel free let us know if you encounter any kinds of bug or things you feel can be improved upon.
